Action

1. 

Select the Manager Self-Service link.

2. 

Select the Reporting link.

3. 

Select the Run Reports link.

 

The Reports Home page displays.

4. 

Select the Comp Time/Overtime Earned Report link.

5. 

Select the Calendar Icon button for the Start Date.

6. 

Select the Month dropdown arrow.

7. 

Select the month from which you want to view comptime/overtime.

 

8. 

Select the desired date from which you want to monitor time.

9. 

Select the Calendar Icon for the End Date.

10. 

The calendar defaults to the current month. Select the desired date.

11. 

Select the checkbox to identify compensatory time or overtime. You may select to run the report for individual or all employees.

12. 

Select the Process Report button.

13. 

A message will display to remind you how to retrieve the report.

 

Select the OK button.

14. 

Select the View Reports button.

15. 

Reports take some time to process. If your report is not ready, you will see "No Report" in the View Reports column. Wait.

 

Select the Refresh button.

16. 

Select the View Report link.

17. 

When you scroll down to the bottom of the page, buttons appear that allow you to save it, print it, navigate, or increase or decrease the size of the report text.

18. 

The report will show the balances of compensatory time and overtime at the beginning of the time frame, the amount earned, amounts taken, exhausted, and the ending balances. End.
